With Christmas just around the corner, I wanted to take this opportunity to wish you and yours a restful and peaceful holiday – and to encourage you to visit the New Wine/New Wineskins Web site during your break. A perfect time to take 20 minutes or so to pour through some of the new results; watch the new Winnipeg Summit video; locate a regional meeting nearby that you can attend and participate in as well as to keep on top of the ED blog Grapevine that now not only features Arli Klassen (MCC Bi National) submitting her thoughts on this project, but also displays Don Peters’ (MCC Canada) and Rolando Santiago’s (MCC US) points of view as well. All three of them welcome you to join in and comment, question and push them where you feel comfortable doing so!
Something we are all really excited about here and can’t wait to share with you is the newest component to the site called: Question of the Month. This new feature is aimed at providing a platform with which the tough questions of the New Wineskins process can be voiced, heard, debated, discussed and maybe even answered. In order for this to work, we need you to visit often and to contribute your own thoughts and opinions to the questions that are posted. Why not go there today to see what others are saying about MCC becoming more global - and while you are there, read the new blog that Arli Klassen just submitted sharing her thoughts on this question.
It’s easy to access, simple to engage and the perfect way for each and every one of you to tell us where YOU feel MCC needs to be and go in the future. Just click on the button that says "Question of the Month" on the right hand side of the home page and you are there!
