Submit Meeting Results
After the meeting, the Meeting Facilitator and/or Recorder should type up the results and submit them using the online forms below. These results will then be reviewed and posted to the MCC New Wine/New Wineskins website. These will also be reviewed and taken into consideration by the New Wineskins Inquiry Task Force.

Step 1 - Register your meeting
Please use the following form to submit information about your meeting. Information that will be requested is:
- Date
- Location
- Meeting Type (2 hour, 4 hour, full day)
- Number of Participants
- Contact information for questions about results (for MCC's use only)
Step 2 - Submit meeting results
Please use the following form to submit information about your meeting results. A separate form will have to be completed for each group and for each of these topics:
- Factors that give "life" to MCC when it's at its best
- Visions of the future for MCC
- Priorities and models for MCC's future
